Biography

Farhood Nasiri is an Iranian Artist, born in 1985 in Tehran. He has a Master of Civil Engineering degree. From an early age, he had an intense interest in cameras and photography. He used to be twiddling with the Kodak analog camera, which uses 110 size film, and this was the beginning of Farhood's photography. He has experienced various genres such as street photography, portrait, nature, minimalism, and architecture during his photography career. He believes that photography and film are the whole meaning of life and that life for him is summed up in photography and film. It is also photography that has helped him raise his intellectual perception of himself and his surroundings. Farhood is the Head of Ambassadors of the 24Hoursproject in Iran and has been working with this project for about 6 years and is responsible for holding all the events, workshops, and international exhibitions of this project in Iran. He is always thinking of developing his activities at the international level, connecting with other countries, cultures, and other people. This interest dates to his adolescence, and he is now in the middle of his path; he hopes to lead this path in the best way with the thoughts and plans he has in mind. Position: Head of Ambassadors of @24HourProect in Iran (International) Manager and Curator of International Exhibition and Workshops of 24HourProject in Iran. Main Member of National Iranian Photographers’ Society. Last Positions: One of the Founders and Permanent member of Policy Council of International 5 Photo Award. Curator of International Exhibition of Master Photographers for first time in Iran and Workshops of International 5 Photo Award.
