Biography

Sonalika Vakili is an award-winning visual artist using the medium of photography. She can't call herself a fine art or even a nature photographer in particular. Photography helps her to explore the nature and possibilities of image-making. She considers the representation of gender, duality, and constructed Identity. For her the whole process through seeing, capturing, digital editing and finally presenting art works are ways to create Art.
