In this series, a clear contrast and contradiction in nature is depicted. In some of my works, plants are flourishing with fruit and flowers, while in others, they are infested and cast aside. These plants are on the verge of destruction yet still enduring, they are distressed but still green, showing signs of life. The detailed rendering and empty, abandoned spaces reflect an aspect of asceticism in harmony with nature. A nature that is both accepting

and healing.
