رساله­ای در باب شکوه نادانی

فهم اینکه چگونه سنت­های تصویری فرهنگ ایرانی در تناظر با تاریخ و نظام سلطه در هم آمیخته و به نحوی راه آشکارگی شکاف­ها و گسست­های اجتماعی را گرفته؛ و کشف ساز وکار این ساختار بصری، همان جذبه‌ای­ست که جهان هنر را چنین مرموز ساخته است.

گذار از این سنت و دست یافتن به جهان بصری­ای که هم افشاگر این شکاف باشد و هم سخن دل و دست انسان بومی، چالشی بس دشوار و هدف نهایی سعید معیری­زاده است.

نمایشگاه حاضر، حاصل جست­وجوی هنرمندی پرورش یافته در جهان تصویری و سپهر هنر ایران است، که کوشیده به جهان بصری نوینی پای بگذارد، تا قالب­های بیانی را در هم بشکند و پیوند نامیمون نظام سلطه با جهل و نادانی را چه در صورت­های شکوهمند اسطوره­ای و آسمانی، چه در قالب­های سخت­افزاری و تاریخی یا الگوهای نوین مصرف، به چالش بکشد.

A Thesis on the Sublimity of Ignorance

Realizing how the visual traditions of Persian culture are merged, in the view of history and the hegemonic system, and the way it has blocked the unveiling approach towards social gaps; discovering the mechanism of such visual structure is the very fascination that has mystified the world of art.

The transition from this tradition and reaching to a visual world which could reveal this gap, and the expression of a local human at the same time, is a demanding challenge and mainly the ultimate goal for Saeed Moayerizadeh.

The present exhibition is the accomplishment of a developed artist’s discovery in the sphere of Iran’s art and visual world which has attempted to step into a noble visual world so as to destroy expressive forms and brings a challenge into the inauspicious attachment of hegemonic system with ignorance, either in its sublime mythical and heavenly forms or its historical structures or new consumption patterns
