Biography
Behnood Massoumi, born in 1980 in Tehran, is a distinguished architectural expert. He embarked on his professional journey in 2007 with an exhibition featuring his volumetric works. His career soon expanded as he participated in numerous group exhibitions, showcasing his talents in volumetric works and architectural photography.
In 2019, Massoumi held his first solo photography exhibition at Aliha Gallery, which focused on the intersection of modern art and contemporary architecture in Iran. This milestone marked a significant evolution in his career, highlighting his architectural vision and artistic expression. Continuing his innovative exploration of the synergy between architecture and art, Massoumi presented a new body of work in 2021 at Aliha Gallery. This exhibition further solidified his reputation as a pioneer in blending these two disciplines.
Currently, Massoumi is actively engaged at Aliha Gallery, where he dedicates his efforts to researching and writing about art gatherings within the context of Honargardi media. Additionally, he curates diverse works and orchestrates exhibitions, contributing significantly to the gallery's dynamic cultural landscape.
