Mythical images from the Shahnameh, Japanese theatre, comic strips, and familiar oriental stories; all placed in the same frame at once, and they turn the audience to look for the line of connection for each one, and from the heart of these images that are familiar to eyes, they create their own story.
In his works, Amirhossein Alavijeh depicts a world that is literally a colorful world, but this colorfulness does not mean that the figures in the images are happy and prosperous. On the other hand, in a number of the works, the audience is faced with pixelated images that open up the familiar world of computer games, a land where an Iranian-mythical narrative has been pixelated.
The concepts of play, theatre, tragedy, and myth are mixed with the artist's mental fantasies and they have manifested this combination with the quality of their images, which intend to show a visual narrative of the East.
